What we collect
Your name, telephone number, email address, LINE ID, postal address, nationality and stated preferences, provided through our registration forms or contact channels. If you enter into a contract with us, we collect additional information as required by law.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and provide project information, arrange site visits, prepare reservation and sale documents, comply with legal obligations, and — where you have given consent — send you news and promotions.
How long we keep it
Enquirer data: 2 years from your last contact. Contract data: 10 years from the end of the contractual relationship.
Your rights
You may access and obtain a copy of your data, request rectification, erasure, restriction of use, object to processing, request data portability, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee. We will respond within 30 days.
